How much hp?

Hey I have a 99 v6 mustang and when I bought it I believe it a fully stock and they were 190hp from factory. I've added a sr cold air intake even though I found out there just eye candy lol. A full exhaust besides headers. High flow cats x pipe and high flow muffler all from magnaflow. I got Ngk iridium plugs and msd wires. I also just today tuned it with the sct bama tuner with race tune on 93 octane.
So what would a educated guess be?
What should I do next that will make a nice difference for under a 1000$ (shop would install)

This is definitely a good list of mods. It's good to see that you're refreshing your 1999 V6. Remember that car came with 190 HP to the Crank. So with a 12-15% drivetrain loss, you're probably looking at around 165-170 RWHP to start with. With those mods, I'd probably guess that you're sitting around 190-195 RWHP as of now and probably around 210-215 to the Crank. Exhaust, Intake and a Bama tune are usually good for about 15-20 RWHP on a 99-04 V6.

How does it feel? Does the car drive better? Sound better? Feel faster? etc.. These are the things that matter to me and not so much the end power number.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions or need some assistance in the near future

-Dan

Well I dumped about 2000 into maintenance and repairs Then more into
the performance stuff. But it sounds beautiful for a v6 and definitely faster then when I bought it. It's so exciting to see you build your own car up. Here are the before and afters.

Car looks 100 times better man, honestly you have done some very tasteful visual mods. I have one question what is that above the pony symbol? Is it some sort of chrome vent?? I would say for your next purchase would be some new rims, the ones you have now are okay but some cobras on there would look really nice. Then maybe some suspension work if you haven't already.

Thanks man that really means a bunch! An yea the vents were there when I bought it. There meh. But I agree new rims and tires are my next step and with some new headlights and sequential taillights. I really looking more for performance right now and I'm trying to see if I should do long tube headers next so it's a FULL exhaust

I had to get a new tune because AM could not tune for my 4.2 intake. I sent the tuner in and he scraped his tune and revised the AM tune. I can feel the difference even in daily driver tune.

Holy cow I was on a empty strip today and some 95-2000 car older looking with svt on the back was able to keep up with me. We're maybe inches apart with me in the lead at 115mph. Don't worry it's on a old abandoned strip. We all meet there. I don't know what the car was it didn't look pretty but it could go lol. So guys help me out. I have a thousand. What should I do next?
