few questions on my build

1) I have an 01 v6 with an swap to an 03 engine and there's a 94 5.0 being parted out, would the exhaust fit mine? just after the mufflers so I can have a dual exhaust going over the axel instead of having the exhaust coming out the side.
2) Could I also get the gears from that 94?
3) And split differential?
4) What other parts could I get from it to put on my v6?

Do you just have the engine and trans from the 2003?

No, just the engine. I had to transfer the flywheel from the old engine to the new one because that was an auto and on the process I bought a new clutch for it so that I wouldn't have to replace it later.

Then no, you can't use much off of the 1994 because the gears and differential are for an 8.8 rear end and your car is a 7.5. If you take the entire rear end out it will be 3" too short and you would also need wheel spacers and extended studs. Idk if the exhaust will fit, somebody else can help you with that. What other parts did you want?

You need to buy a traction lock that fits the 7.5 rear end. Or you could buy a 99-04 GT rear end which is an 8.8 which is stronger and comes with traction lock.

Yes the gears sit in the differential and a traction lock came stock in the 1999-2004 GT. You will need the entire rear end. They can be found at salvage yards, if you find a rear end it will have 3.27 gears and while they are out you might want to have the gears changed. If you do buy a rear end buy all new oil and change the oil in the rear end.

Everything is spot on. You can make the exhaust fit. From the cats to the tips. Just have an exhaust shop weld them to your ride
