IMO, even if you don't, go with the mach 1 grille delete kit. Looks a hella lot better in my opinion

The Cobra grill delete is only $20 at AM. Not a big fan of the Cobra grill delete. But, I used the back to make my Roush grill delete. You take the chrome out of the grill and glue it to it.

You don't "need" all bumpers are the same. But it looks a hell of a lot better with the grill delete. Just please don't put a cobra emblem on it

NO, you already have one. Make sure not to mess up the impact (can not think about what it is called now) behind the bumper.

My bumper sagged and I had to figure out why. The person who owned it before me on 03 put a kit on it and eliminated the impact ____. Had to buy one of ebay for $30. If you have the factory bumper you will be fine.

The GT/V6 headlight panel is slightly different from the Cobra ones. The Cobra bumper will but but is gonna need some minor modifications to where it attaches to the headlight panel above the grill.
