Need some help

I am wanting to do an engine swap. My engine is getting up there in the miles and I'm putting a new one in. So I need to put a new computer or anything in or just drop in the motor?

No. You can reuse the computer and all of the other "hard" parts that are in good shape.

Swap/stroke in a 4.2 instead, its just as easy as putting another 3.8 in it.
