Windshield Wipers stopped working

Okay, long story short I just recently bought the car and everything was working.

It had no radio when I bought it but an hold harness was hooked up but I decided to just buy another and put a Pioneer system in. The radio was not getting power so I checked fuses and all were well so I just gave up for the moment as the big snow storm was coming in.

Wednesday morning I went out to the grocery store and coming home I finally needed the wipers, and I got nothing. Not even the windshield sprayer will function.

I didn't think the two issues were related at first but I read that Ford apparently ran the power for the 2 together on certain sound boards??

I checked the fuses and replaced them and still have nothing at all. While the car is currently buried in snow and going nowhere it would be nice to fix it before I need to hit the road again.

So, no wipers or radio.

I also tried putting the old harness back but again, still no wipers.

As far as I know the ground for the radio is beside the dash under the glove box, right?

Anybody with any ideas?

Thanks

I dropped my keys in the cigarette lighter and shorted out my windshield wipers. If you want to re wire it I can tell you what to do.

I'm just trying to figure out what would short out the wipers and the radio both at the same time?

Get a test light, start at the fuse and go from them just start testing its a pain in the *** but the only way to find where the power stops

All fuses are good, so moving on to the wiring on my day off I suppose. What a headache.
