Is this fair? 99 v6

Is 500-550 a crazy amount for a run right service on my car ($120)
A starter relay-(20 to 30)
Minor transmission leak
A interstate battery$120-140)
Cleaning mafs and throttle body
Labor (160-200$)
Testing for cracked valve or something and a compression test on engine-80$

I had them look for issues I've been having which are stiff gas pedal
My battery drains like really easily
Whenever I upload a tune from my bama tuner
It like kills the battery and my car won't start up until I get a jump

Now sometimes the car will be running perfectly for hours and I stop at a gas station
And it just won't turn on
Dead silence no cranking an jumps don't help

They think it was the relay but not sure.
Don't you think they should know when looking at it and costing me 150$ in labor?
There just throwing parts and kinda saying let's hope it works

Then I get slight stutters in driving and it's completely random
The car jolts a tiny bit to.

I also asked what other performance options I had without a blower
He says underdrive pullies are pretty good? Is this true
He also says lt headers but won't they be useless on a car under 300hp

This is a nightmare
Any help? Is that a fair price for the work ? Are they pulling my leg?

The price for cleaning the mafs and throttle body is high as giraffe nuts. Go to you local auto parts store and get a can of throttle body cleaner and do it yourself for under $10

Do all the work yourself if you have the tools. If that doesnt fix the issues let him do the compression test for you

It's not a bad price. Personally I would go to Autozone and buy a new battery for $100.
