One does not simply lift a mustang.

Shouldn't have a problem with rubbing unless you're already lowered.

No problems at all. You'll still have a gap. I'll post a pic later

I had 20's on my GT before i replaced them for 18's. Stock ride height and i believe it was a 8.5inch width on the front. Only slight rubbing when turning, and i'm fairly sure bad ball joints had something to do with that. I don't think you'll have too much of a problem unless you're lowered. Personally not a big fan of 20s on a Mustang. Small tires =s ruff ride. They do not have much tread either.

Honestly, it's a worldwide forum, you're going to get opinions on these threads. Bottom line.

Yep, in a perfect world, but that's not going to happen. Don't take the comments to heart, just move on.

Or, maybe if you dudes don't agree with what the OP is doing, you can bite your lip and skip the thread. Doesn't really concern the naysayers that don't like a 20 inch rim. But i just don't understand how if someone is scrolling through a forum, see's something they don't agree with, and thinks, MAN i need to voice my distaste in this guys thread! Just move on.

Totally agree, which is why we must save the OP from lifting the stang, teach him the error of his ways, and send him on his way. Before it's too late.

20"s won't rub on the stock height. There are only some 20' rims that would look good on a new edge. Just don't get sad of you see your car on the rice or nice thread. Just laugh and live
