V6 Transmission Price

I was looking to replace my torque converter lately because I had a problem with it, I was looking for a stock not any performance, and then I found this used v6 transmission with 74k miles for $175 came off 2004 rear recked Mustang, is this a good price for this mileage? and I believe its a good idea to replace the whole transmission as I'm already going to take the trans out to replace the TC, and this one is about 50k less mileage than mine.

Your opinion guys please.

If that's the mileage and price for the trans, that sounds great... I would buy it

I just wanted to check the price because I don't have experience with trans prices.

Thanks for the advice.

Sounds good, but keep an eye out for damage. There's always a reason behind the price, sometimes they just want it gone, sometimes it's messed up. Be careful!

Yes I talked to my mechanic and he said the same, but he will go to take a look at it, I'm not in a hurry to risk it.
