I tried to seafoam and helped a bit but it's either bad car, iac or some other random help anyone seen this problem before

Maybe a bad converter.

I'd put my money on a clogged catalytic converter. There's really not much else that would cause a header to get red hot during idle with a Naturally Aspirated engine. Is it just one header or both getting red hot?

Both but would that cause the idle to be high like 2000rpm and the idle to hang when you press the gas. Could a tps cause a problem

Have someone crank your car and tell you when they push on the gas. You put your hand near the exhaust. If there is a delay in the exhaust escaping. The cats are clogged.

Also, when its dark out, let it idle for a few minutes. if the cat is glowing , its stopped up.
