Supercoupe motor

I found a complete motor but the guy does not know what year vehicle it came from. I have a 97 so will any year motor work?

You'll want to do the exact same year if possible so it's a direct fit with no custom modifications or weird fits. With that being said I'm pretty sure 1995-2004 will work and need hardly and modification if any.

All supercoupes are singleport so that saves trouble sorting things out with the fuel systems since your 97 is, you should be able to drop it in and hook up your lines to their rail. Wiring is something I haven't looking into, I know a few things change location like the iat sensor for one, so that would have to be extended, I remember there being a few things you have to modify otherwise. Getting the intake piping to work is another thing, you can use bits and pieces of the supercoupe stuff and then add on piping to make it work, would highly suggest upgrading the FMIC since the stock one is so small.

Ok thanks. I plan on installing a 255lph fuel pump. They guy thinks it a 93 and he has a wire harness for a mustang conversion. I go tomorrow to look/get it
