Rusting paint

So like most older cars the paint will eventually rust and chip off, my 99 red mustang has some small rusting spots and paint chips along the rear wheel wells and right on the corner of the rockers, also some bubbling just above the windshield ...any tips on things I could do fix or atleast make it look better without re-painting and spending a lot of money on the problem?

This is not tech. Unfortunately, there is nothing I know of that you could do, but hey I'm just detailing enthusiast, not a professional painter. All I can say is continued use of quality wax/sealant/coatings block the UV rays and prevent paint failure almost completely.
