Ticking noise

Specs:2004 v6 3.8 mustang
193xxx miles
Mods:Cai and tune
So today when on my way to work it started ticking as soon as I turned it on and never had this problem before and when coming back from work it got less but the engine got louder as I accelerated

And it only sounds when I accelerate in gear

Nvm I found out what it was I have a leak in my oil pan gasket and I have low oil so yeah

Probably not what you want to hear. Sounds like a lifter. I always put a heavier oil in my car when I got a leak. Not the best cure, buy a temporary fix. Heavy oil dripping slowly is better than almost no oil.
