God not black. It's so played out and plastic in just looks trashy when there's nothing to offset it.

Depends on the color of the car IMO. Black if the car is mostly black, or matted out.

Chrome of the car has other shinny accessories and accents.

Depends on how you like contrast.
Black on black doesn't show much, very sleak look but when you invest money into rims you should want to show them. Black on black has very little to no contrast.

Speaking for the Older Generation, Chrome. Makes the rest of your car stand out.

I'm 17 and I'm neutral. It's all personal preference and what look you are goin for. Like someone said before the black on black can look bada** and slick in person. But in this setting id use charcoal for contrast.

To the OP, black rims are everywhere these days and Bullitt rims are on every other Mustang you'll see. I don't like the Bullitts period to the point of pulling a staggered chrome set off my 98 recently that the PO had on but that's just me. At any rate my roommate's OEM ones were Anthracite and they looked great.

In my opinion, black wheels on black car are great if you are going to black out the car, if not go charcoal.

Today on the PA Turnpike I saw a red Coyote with red Brembo rims. For some reason I started thinking of those seasonal Christmas Oreos with the red creme filling.
