Car turns off sometimes

2000 mustang so I changed out my exhaust manifold because it was causing a misfire and also caused the car to lose power in 1st gear when going up hills.. It would just turn off. So I replaced it and now it runs great but now when I brake and come to a complete stop it dies but only sometimes. But it the rpms still drop to around 5-600 everytime I come to a complete stop. Most of the time it does all the way when I stop going downhill... Any one ever had this problem?

(EGR delete, Short ram intake, muffler delete)

It just starts to die out idk why.. But when I'm sitting in place at idle it doesn't. Like it'll try to stay on but it'll die out unless I press the gas. And I can turn the car right back on. And when I lay down the pedal it picks up but after a certain rpm it opens up more.

I would check the vacuum lines. Especially the one to the fuel pressure sensor.

Well when I bought the new manifold it came with these little screw on covers over the hole where the egr would go into the manifold so I kept those on and just bought a little rubber hose cover and put it in the egr valve itself. I'll take a picture in a bit

I've herd it needs to be tuned others say it just runs lean. I do not personally know. I know the egr delete is done with Windstars and long tube headers.
