Lowered v6 mustangs

Looking to get an idea on everyone's setup and how low did your car drop with our light engines. Here's mine for example: Tein s tech lowering springs 2.5" all around

Yours looks real good man love the blk on blk.... That's wat I was looking for!!! Me and u think the same way, I lowered mine also and it still sits way to high for my liking I just though it was me but I guess all sixxes do cuz we have light engines... I wanna do exactly wat u did with cutting the coils could I do that on aftermarket lowering springs u think ?

Ive been wanting to cut my supersport front springs. I think it should be ok to cut them... I was gonna do it anyways aha.

Not sure how much it lowered total haha never really measure it originally. But right now with the 18 inch wheels i can get one finger between fender and tire

Oh ok Kool I was about to say u gotta be running aftermarket shocks and struts to be that low cut on springs. I'm thinking about going with koni yellow adjustable shocks and struts cuz I heard when y cut your springs you bottom out on everything, is that true? If so I was gonna set my shocks and struts to th stiffest setting

Yea my front cut springs are pretty bouncy lol altho my struts did help alot. Still bounces tho. But they are stock springs and 2 coils cut off is alot aha. I wanna cut my supersports about 1 coil and install those because they are stiffer so it will probably be better.
Yea get some adjustable shocks and struts and you should be good.

I cut my spring but the ride is very uncomfortable, even with new shocks and struts. I may go after market now because I like a comfortable ride. But don't get me wrong i love the drop with cut springs.
