Unhappy 2002 Replaced Clutch Now Misfires

I replaced the clutch in my 2002 Mustang V-6 and the check engine light came on. The shop says it is misfiring and it may be the cylinder. I never had a problem until I replaced the clutch. Not sure what this Crank Position sensor is but could it be that? Please help I love my Mustang and I really feel the shop did something wrong to cause this or did not do something they should have. Any ideas?

Coil pack. Does the car hesitate when accelerating?

It only loses power when light flashes. Please help the shop says its a cylinder but before the clutch was replaced, ed it ran great.

What codes are you getting? The car should have them stored even if the CEL isn't on. Apparently misfires are very common in these cars... when my car had his misfires I also got a code for the crank position sensor. It was $30 from advanced auto, very easy to replace, you'll find diagrams online, it's pretty much plug and play. Didn't fix my issue though. When my CEL would flash on the car lost alot of power, and it had horrible hesitation in general.

Replace your ignition coil first and see what happens, you may be due for a new one. that solved my issue, it's worth a try.
