Cherry Bomb Glasspacks

So a friend of mine referred these to me as a cheaper option over Flowmaster Super 44s. Anyone have any experience with these? How's the sound?

I listened to them on YouTube, but sound quality is terrible.

Note: I drive a 2000 v6 with x-pipes.

Hmm. He had an X on his fox body and said they sounded damn good. He's a trusted friend and mechanic, and a huge mustang guy. That's why I'm taking his referral into consideration. Plus it'll save me like 60-80 compared to getting Super 44s

A 5.0 v8 sounds completely different than your v6. I tried a straight through loud setup on my old 02 v6 and it was best described as sounding like a dying cat.

My buddy had them on his 98 v6. Personally I like the sound. I just cant remember if it was before or after he took off two of his cats

Noooooo it will sound like a pissed of bumble bee trapped in a giant coffee can... Unless you really want to attract ricers from all across the United States with that annoying sound don't do it lol

My friends got a dodge ram with a glass pack cam and its a V8 sounds nice on it but like everyone said on a v6 stang we don't have enough muscle to make it sound good!

If you still have the cats on it will sound okay, until about 2500rpms.
I run a single exhaust still with no muffler, it sounds okay but I hate the sound it makes in the higher RPM's(sounds good inside the car, but I've heard it from the outside, not that good lol)

What do you guys think about Flowmaster Super 44s? That's my second option.

Magnaflow if you are going supercharger or turbocharger a chambered muffler will stifle your mid and upper rpms. But, if you are naturally aspirated 44s make a great sound. Without cats will make the sound deeper.

Yeah I'm naturally aspirated. It's a daily driver, I'm just trying to increase the sex appeal. Hahaha.
