First Mustang 2003 V6 :D

This is my second car in my life and it's a 2003 Ford Mustang V6 and it's a 3.8. My first car was a Mitsubishi Galant, so this is my first time having a Mustang! Quite excited for this ride!!! Found these forums on the internet and hope people here can help me learn about my Mustang and help me with improving it! My first question would be what should I fill it up with? What type of gasoline is best??

Also here are some pick of me Mustang feel free to comment for what would be/would look good and cool for this car!!! Also what I should add for it to improve it, if seen on the pics!Click image for larger version

For a stock mustang 87 octane is just fine as the computer is not tuned for any of the higher octanes. If you were to get a sct tuner then you could load a more aggressive tune on the computer and utilize a higher octane gas (the computer would increase timing, intake etc).

So the lowest grade of gasoline, could you explain more about sct tuner, how much it costs, how and where do I put it, and what doesn't really do? Sorry I'm a beginner in all of this just looking for any advice!

Do yourself a favor and go on americanmuscle.com and buy the 379.99 bama custom tuner. Choose one of the tunes to be a "93 octane" "race tune"....this will completely change the car, it will feel so much quicker, shift so much more aggressively and u will have more of low end power. The tuner is so very important and awesome!

Also the sr performace cold air intake for around 60 bucks is a good fun and easy mod to do along with the tuner! Have fun moding and be creative! Make it your car! These cars have so much potential, u must utilize it
