Duel exhaust no cats with super 44s?

Im going to try to take the cats off my 99 v6. Im gunna get it done for free by my buddy that works at and exhaust shop and he said he can put em right back on if I don't like it. Plus I don't have emissions checks either so its not a big deal about that plus he does my inspection so were all good on all that!

My question is: If I do run no cats would it get rid of the ricer sound with super 44's or should I just go with an SLP loudmouth?

I kind of asked this question a while ago but didn't think about getting some super 44's without cats.

What do yall think?

Jegs has a 2.25 o/r h-pipe for your car, buy it and some flow tubes and you will have a nice set up. My 98 had a great sound with it.

I spent 300 something on my original setup from stock to duels straight pipe with some kind of flowmaster muffler and tips. just took it to the shop and told him to put me some duels on lol. I was 16 and didn't know any better.

You will only foul stupid people. I can tell by looking at your side scoops or hood. A v-6 will not sound like a Mustang v-8. Except for one set up that sounds like a old 5.0 idling.
