Mustang misses, smoking and, getting horrible mpg

I have an 00 mustang v6 and when i start it up it starts to smoke (it takes like 30 seconds to start) a little but when I get it going it stops smoking and it sounds like it's missing a little on the passenger side of the engine and some times it stalls when I put my foot to the floor it's also been getting horrible mpg like 150 miles to the tank any advice would be great

Have you checked your spark plugs and wires? If they seem fine, check your firing order.

Replace your ignition coil and see if that works. The motorcraft ones at auto stores are $100

Start small, then get bigger. Try checking your firing order. If that's not it, replace your spark spark plugs, then wires, and then the coil if it's still not fixed. Spark plugs are about $30 for 6, depending on where you're at. I recommend motocraft.
P.S. You will have to remove the air intake to change the passenger side spark plugs. It's not hard, and there are many YouTube videos on it. Get a small ratchet and maybe even a swivel spark plug socket. It'll make things easier. Good luck!

What color is the smoke if its white it means coolant is getting into your cylinders and it could be there when you first start it and then go away and that could also cause a miss.

It could be, if it's on the boot part. If it's in the rings, then you might have more problems, a bent piston or broken rings to name a few.

I would do a compression test to check everything out if you have low compression pour a little oil down into the cylinder to see if that helps raise the compression

Whiteish blue typically means blown head gasket.

It may not be extreme yet. Run a compression test. Have you checked your coolant levels? Keep a close eye on it. You have symptoms of a blown/leaking head gasket.

You could always take it to a shop with a 5 gas analyzer and have them check your coolant for hydrocarbons to know for sure.
