Increasing air flow in the engine makes it run more efficiently. So cold air intake, dual exhaust and a bigger throttle body should give u better mpg. Then u can get a tuner from bama and load the street tune to get better mpg. Lastly it really depends on how u drive man, when accelerating keep ur rpms below 2k, its doable. Also if ur not in overdrive, ur wasting gas!

Overdrive is your final gear. If you have a manual is 5th gear, if u have an auto its 4th gear. That gears ratio is very high so it saves u a lot of gas by keeping your rpms low. the more you're in that gear the better. You have to be going atleast 40mph to be in that overdrive gear so in that sense, if ur going less than 40 you're wasting gas. On the highway if u wanna save fuel dont go about 65mph. When u go faster than that, it gets exponentially harder for your engine to maintain that speed and thus you waste gas. lastly, underdrive pulleys are installed in your engine and divert power from your accessories like your A/C and stereo to your engine. Basically you're freeing up power, you're not creating any. You'll get maybe close to 10 hp from them and they do add mpg I believe
