Help with mods

Looking to put together a mods list for my 3.8L v6 . I been looking at different websites and mainly on AmericanMuscle.com. With that said, i keep getting a lot of results for parts but most of them are for the GT-V8 . I just want V6 mods lol. Any body have any recommendations?

Most of the major handling and acceleration mods are identical for each. Like the gears, tires, sway bars, and so on. I'd keep the power stock as the only real improvement will come from a chip or new exhaust, which will remove the cats (and you won't pass smog in a million years). In fact, two of the mods American Muscle does in their bolt on packs are usually that - chip and remove cats.

Even then, you'll typically only get 10% more power.

I'd focus on gears and suspension since nobody notices the difference in a car that much in a straight line or on the highway, but getting sideways in turns or bogging down making a transition... that gets your attention right away.

Oh, and a few tasteful appearance mods as well. Fog lights being the first one, and then it goes from there

Thank you. Its funny you said that because my first mods for the stang were new springs, sway bars, pretty much every little suspension piece i can build on a budget. I have been looking at new wheels already. But other then that i was just wondering what tips were out there. And yes i have already been looking for the chip and a new duel exhaust kit for it.

Thanks.

For exhaust if you are trying to make it look nice you should get a gt bumper and paint it then get a gt catback that way when the car is just sitting there it would be mistaken for a gt.

I modded out my V6 fully and had it dyno tuned, turned out fantastic, so my recommendations are as follows:
-3:73 (manual) or 4:10 (automatic) gears with short throw shifter.
-CAI
-True dual exhaust with hi-flow cats (no cats sound terrible)
-Underdrive pulleys
-Mobil1 everywhere
A dyno tune will bring out all the power available from mods.
Any questions, just ask!
