Power window and lock problem need help

I have 2000 v6. Having problems with power windows I know for sure its not the motor or the switches all checked good. The driverside window works fine but passenger only goes up. The switch on driverside door for the passenger window does nothing at all not up or down the passenger side switch only brings the window up. If i cross wire the switch the window will go down. Along with the power window problem the power door locks wont work at all they try to lock and unlock but all they do is click and barley move the locks. Ive tried to use the schematics but I'm electrically retarded. Has anyone had this problem.

If you switch the wires on the switch, and it goes down, its got to be the switch. They are only 25 bucks from Ford, I would try it out.

Re: Power window and lock problem need help

I changed the switch around with the one on the driverside that works it does the same thing, and when I put the passengerside switch in the driverside it worked up and down. Thanks

use a power tester to see if the wire going to the window motor is hot, if its not thats your problem, if it is then the motor is getting power
