You need to find a wrecked 3.7 car and swap EVERYTHING but body parts

Honestly if you want serious answers you need to give more information. What are you trying to swap it into? But whenever doing a complete swap its generally always better to find a wrecked car as the small parts will nickel and dime you to death.

The new 3.7's are a great swap if you can just find the wrecked cars lol tons of potential in those motors

An LSx has more potential. 4V 4.6 has more potential ..

I own a 3.7, it's a great engine for what it is. However, it is what it is.

Because everybody and there mother swaps a 5.0 into everything. I want to be different and im also trying to have a nice daily driver that gets decent gas milage and has power. My current 3.8l is making around 18 in the city and 27 on the highway so that new 3.7 is looking really good with a tune, cold air intake, and full exhaust.

In a few years when the price of the coyote motors come down some it will be a more common swap. The main reason people don't do it now is bc of cost. Everyone I've seen was 8-10 k. There are a few guys putting mustang cams in the truck 5.0s due to them being half the cost and there basically the same engine.

You'd be better off building your motor a bit and supercharging, that would be easier than this swap lol

I'm thinking it would be a great engine for your 99

If you can find a wreck in a salvage yard that you can pick up cheap enough and have a place the tools and the knowledge you would end up with a really unique Mustang.
I'm all for your idea.

There has only been 2 3.7 swaps that I know of, a fox body (done by TMA, Andy's brother) and I personally met a guy at a car show in MO we were in that had a car someone stole the Shelby motor from for a project and they just threw that in.
