V6 3.8 to a 4.3

I just recently heard about the upgrade you can do to the 3.8 to make it a stroker 4.3 any advice or help to figure where to start with this?

Its a bored out 4.2L
The 4.2 and 3.8 are almost the exact same.
Different crank, pistons and balancers(harmonic,flywheel/flexplate)
It's easier to just buy a whole 4.2 and drop it in.
Use your old 3.8 upper and lower intake.
The 4.2 camshaft is also bit of an upgrade
The one in mine is around a 4.3, its a 4.2 bored 30 over.

It will run fine if you leave it untuned. A tune is recommended though, to get the most power.
You also get a cel saying it's running lean.
I have 10,000+ miles with it like that.
I'm saving up to do more mods later. So a I'll get a tuner eventually.
