I was just given a M90 by my boss, catch is i cant sell it, i have to install it on my 98 GT or give it back. I have recently purchased 2003 GT PI heads and intake, so i as well as yourself am trying to do the same thing. Have you had any luck?

We're you given the supercharger kit or just the blower?

It won't do anything on a gt. It can't push enough air for 8 cylinders people only put them on the v6's. It takes a lot of fabrication to get it on but people have done it.

I was given the early 90's 3.8 M90, basically i was given the blower, the 3.8 outlet cover but not the long tube that says suppercharger, and the inlet tube that hooks directly to the supercharger but not the throttle body. He also gave me a 2nd 3.8 outlet cover that has been modified and raised about 1". I am brand new to forced induction and to be honest I really just want to make this a learning experience because i dont have 5k to drop in a new one but i have 1-2k to make this work if thats at all possible.

I doubt there's a v8 conversion kit for that m90. But there are m90 supercharger kits for the 4.6 2v. Roush made one that's pretty good.

well the 99-04 V6's have split port induction lower intakes, the M90 was made for single port. However if you want you can swap lower intake manifolds, or if you can find someone that can make an adapter plate that would work too. Good luck with your build.

That M90 makes 12lbs of boost. It came off a t-bird super coupe. So it will wake up a 4.6 2v if can get an adoption plate as mentioned. I've got an M90 on my Roush but it can only stand around 10lbs before getting heat soaked. Drove a stock 3v gt and then my car and the difference is phenomenal...

That M90 came of a 94-95 T-Bird SC & unless ur a good fabricator will NOT fit ur 4.6l! So I'd give it back to ur boss an tell him he is an idiot cuz he should have known that! Look into the roush or cobra blower they made and try that if u want a blower other wise look into supercharger a or turbos that are designed for the 4.6
