off road H-pipe and long tubes

how much horse power and torque would I gain from doing a off road shorty H pipe and long tube headers and have it welded to my MAC dual exhaust kit what would be my estimated gains with and without tune

Well that setup is more for sound than performance.

Yeah exhause is sound sound and that'll be the best possible sound and setup you can get with a v6 mustang. You'll get 5-10hp with a tune and about 2-5 more mpg maybe higher because it'll allow your stang to breath a lot better and fully burn the gas and not get chocked up by exhaust flow restriction. If I had the money that would be my setup.

Everything should be able to bolt right up, makes it a lot easier to take it out if you ever need to do tranny work or exhaust replacement, so you don't have to cut it off instead of unbolting it.

X pipe sounds like **** don't do it!!!! Duel exhaust is for sound mainly. Yes you'll see gains of course but it's a v6. I'm telling you an off road h pipe gives the best sound and the same amount of hp. You'll
Need a tune to get the most out of your pipes anyways. X pipes suck. Sorry to step on toes but it's true.

I have had a h and a x. I am going with no mid pipe and a new exhaust set up next month. If you remove the cats the car will be real loud (I guess that is what you mean by off road h pipe). But not cops will ticket you.
