Strong vibration coming from the back. HELP PLEASE!
I have a stong vibration coming from the back under load, at low rpm and when climbing (between 1100RPM and 2000RPM)
I thought it was the u-joins so i changed them both (front and back), but still the same vibration.
I thought it was the driveshaft that was unbalanced, i took it out and took it to a transmission shop to balance it, it was unbalanced, (more than 0,5 that is the acceptable limit). Now its balanced but the problem still persists.
Would it be the harmonic balancer?
I checked the motor mounts, they were in perfect shape, same thing for the transmission mounts.
I checked and changed the oil of the driveshaft, no metal particles broke, everything seemed fine.
What could it be guys? i'm starting to loose faith on my 95 V6 mustang!
