Slowing down sequential lights

Is there a way to slow my sequential lights down without buying the $50 modified turn signal flasher? Or will I have to suck it up and buy one? Click image for larger version

YouTube it. Get creative on the search and you'll find a video on a guy showing you how to modify your stock flasher
