id talk to SCT they will know best but I sense its used im guessing it wont have the free tunes ask the guy for the part number and ether ask SCT if its for your car or look online. once you find the tuner on SCTs web site it should tell you all that it can do if it doesn't answer all your questions just call their tech support!

I would not touch that tuner

If the person selling it does not know exactly what it fits it must be hot enough to burn you.

Ask anyone on any of these forums if they ever purchased a tuner and did not know what it fit or was loaded with when bought brand new.
Let us know how many get back to you.
