What to expect from these modifacations?

I have a 1999 mustang manual v6, I have searched around for the mods that best suit my plans (staying around factory mpg, but adding power output). As a goal I would like to give the same year stock v8 a run for its money, what do you expect as 1/4 mile time (stock is 15.9ish)? No specified companies due to indecision of what I want. Thank you in advance. And here is the list:

Dual glasspack cat-back
Cold air intake (possible windstar switch)
Under-drive pulley
Subframe connectors
8.8 end, 3.73 gears
Traction lock 8.8
Coil pack

Aluminum driveshaft/flywheel
Turbo (if I save up enough)
4.3 liter conversion (if I save)

Add mac long tube headers with h-pipe to your wish list and you will have a decent running car. If you want to run with the 4.6 or outrun it you need to go with your maybe list.

Yep, cheapest way by far to hang with/beat the GT is forced induction.

Or, I know you probably hear this a lot but I gotta be honest, why not take the money you were going to spend on mods, sell the car and buy a GT version? Then any mods you do later will give you so much more.
