what motor mounts to a t45?

Me and my buddy want to start our own build. we're looking on dropping a larger motor in a 94-98 mustang. the questions is though, what could we drop in? we want something that is large, but not insane. probably a 427 if it fits. i know how we're going to need with the fuel pump, rear, computer, etc etc. we want to keep the stock tranny in there. basically we're building to get the experience out of it. we both have fathers who have worked on engines their entire lives, so if we hit a rut, they have out back. any and all information will be helpful.

Um u can fit just about anything in there as I have seen a 5.8 swap into one but if u go big block I would seriously consider reinforcing the stock tranny and a better clutch!

I think the t45 had two different setups for the modular and windsor family V8's.
