PATS Bypass? 😩

So I'm having a problem with my pats on my 99' I only have one key and from what I've read getting new keys made at a dealer can range up to 200+ and since I'm tight on money I might have to wait off for a bit. I read that PATS can be disabled with a tune just wondering if anybody knows of a shop in SoCal around the Ie or la that can do it

If you have a programmer, Most will dis-able it. I had a Diablo and I'm pretty sure I could do that. BUT it will cost you to buy one. If you go to EBAY and find one that is unmarried from the last car and cheap you're all set. Unmarried will cost you about $75.00 to have Diablo reprogram it. I know what you mean about the keys. My daughter has only one also.
Here's a link talking about PATS.
