Ecu questions

My wife and I have a major project we have started. I have a plan on the engine build, we are keeping the v6 and I really have no doubt the mods I have been studying will work great together but having problems feeling comfortable spending money on the engine until I am sure about ECU? mods. The engine we are using is from a second 95 mustang, the bottom end is going back to stock specs, the heads and upper/lower intake manifold I am shipping off for a port and polish job to increase flow. My wife likes the sound of a lumpy idle so I am thinking on super six's low lift lumpy cam. We are keeping the stock tubular exhaust manifolds but switching to stock v8 exhaust for better flow. I was thinking about a EGR delete (not 100% sure yet), larger bore TB and UDP to finish the package. My question is does anyone have any experience with tuning the 95's ECU? I thought it was a OBD1 but doing some research it seems to be a OBD2, I also contacted super six through email with questions about tuning this set up and was referred to a third party. The third party mentioned I need a tuner (they gave me the part number), I looked it up and can't find one for my year model, I find 96 and up listed but nothing for the 95. Thank you for reading this, if you have any info please drop me a line or show me where I can find it.

No one seems to have any information, contacted Mr. Starkey and he assured me the ECU in our car is OBD2. I guess I will post to let everyone else know how things turn out for us. Even if the over all gains don't add up as much as the larger engines it is still a enjoyable project for me. I have owned everything from a v8 swap Opel GT to Japanese sports cars to a f-body build and even tried a engine swap in a escort. All different results but loved every minute of it. Over the course of this year we should get this thing together and tuned.
