Vibration while driving... Bad driveshaft

Whenever I drive, my car vibrates. On low rpm I can even hear it. It makes my dash, and other various items, rattle. If I put the car in neutral everything stops rattling and rides smooth. Does this sound like my drive shaft? If it is, should I get it balanced or just buy a used one? Have a lot of expenses so I'm looking for the best cheap option.

I'm pretty sure the drive shaft spins anytime your wheels are spinning. So whether it's in neutral or not it's doesn't make a difference, so I'd likely look elsewhere. I might be wrong though (not a mechanic just learn from personal experience with my stang), sorry I can't give you more advice but for the sake that no one is apparently on these forums anymore, had to give you some input.

I'd check your spark plug wires. Sounds like what happened to me awhile ago. Car was sputtering while in gear, always hesitating. Come to find out one of the spark plug wires was old and burnt through. Check/replace those

Check any thing that has stress on it when in drive. U-joints, bearings, plug wires, etc.
