Electrical

Ok I got a problem fuse blew for my 1998 Ford Mustang it's for my tail lights I was putting a fuse in and started to arch and blew the fuse I'm guessing there's a short some where but I can only trace the wire so far does any one have a wiring diagram or any ideas where it could short at

Looking into it took tail lights of checked all wires for breaks as far as I could then went to the fuse panel to check wires on that and then went to the pedal it's self because it has a relay switch to the tail lights and boom found a wire clipped completely through Click image for larger version
