Next Mod?

Hi, I have a 2003 ford mustang V6. So far I have a flowmaster dual exhaust, Cold air intake, and BBK 65mm throttle body. I would like to know what would be the next best mod to get for more power other than a supercharger or turbo?

Cams, ported heads, longtube headers, they are your best option without force induction....

what would be a rought estimate for a shop installing long tube headers? I've heard they can be a headache installing compared to shorties, I would think of buying the headers online and having a shop install them.

My shop installed longtubes on a six banger, but I can't remember what we charged. Then again we installed a full exhaust as well. It all depends on the quality of the header, whether it's aluminum or stainless, and difficulty of the installation. A guess would be $500, but you'll have to rework the exhaust system...

Would shorty headers work better in the lower RPMs? Or are long tubes still better

Longtubes will be better. Shorties you see little to no power gains. As long as you're not in Cali longtubes are the way to go...
