Tuner?

I have a 2003 ford mustang v6 automatic that so far has a cold air intake, BBK 65mm throttle body, and a Flowmasters dual exhaust. I wanted to know if getting a tuner would make a difference with the mods i have so far.

Is it the flowmaster exhaust with the stock y pipe? If it is, it's a waste of time. Go true dual.

Would it be better if my next purchase were long tube headers and then the tuner, or the other way around? At this point i can only get one or the other.
