Windstar swap questions

Hello guys! I'm building all my own parts for the windstar swap on my 2000 mustang. I've completed the throttle body spacer and almost finished the coil pack bracket. My next piece is the throttle cable bracket can anybody give me the measurements for that? Then I have to make the iac relocation bracket. Can anyone give me measurements on that too?
