bearings/ball joints in the rear

hey guys, im getting this annoying flapping noise that sounds like its coming from the rear end. it happened just rolling over a dip on the street. its not a gear or spyder gear noise. i now how both of those sound from first hand experience. im thinking its a bad bearing or something like that. it only happens when i let off the gas and get down to about 20 or 15mph. and even then, it doesnt happen all the time. any thoughts guys?

see, thats what im thinking. i know i put a lot of strain on those control arms and rear suspension from the gears. im gonna get the springs done the same time as the control arms. i figure eventually ill get rid of all the noises once i replace everything.
