4.2 swap!!!

So, eventually I want to put in a different engine. I've got an oil pan leak and with the work to fix that I may as well find a 4.2L and just swap them mostly because it sounds fun. First off, what years f150 4.2L will work with my 2000 mustang? Also, on the 4.2L swap, what all of the donor 4.2 do I use? Ive just seen simply put on my 3.8 intakes. But I'm sure it's not that easy haha. Mainly just needing years so I can start looking for donor engine. Anything else will come much later! Thanks all!

4.2 swap!!!

You could just put a stroker kit in your 3.8...
Check out super six motorsports...
Oil pan leak is not a hard fix...

Adventure till you drop

Stroker kit from supersix is $3000. I can buy a 4.2L from an F150 for MUCH MUCH cheaper.

I know it's not difficult to fix oil pan leak, I just want to use it as an excuse to drop a 4.2L in there.
