F150 tb on 02 Mustang???

Ok so I've been doin a lot of research and can't seem to find a definite answer. Will a 97-03 4.2l f150 throttle body fit on a 99-04 v6 mustang? I hear it fits and its 65mm so basically 30 bucks from junkyard and the same as a 250$bbk 65mm tb. Any help would be great. And also id like too know what parts are Compatible between the two motors performance wise, also what other Ford motor parts are compatible with our 3.8s. Like what could we take off other motors from a junkyard for a performance boost. Thanks

you could use the heads they flow better as far a tb you really wont gain nothing unless you address the cam and heads to allow the added flow from the tb

But technically it would be the ford oem version of the upgraded bbk version?
