throttle position - Mustang Evolution

throttle position

Okay so I messed with the throttle plate screw on my car now I want to get out back to where it was. I have a scan tool on the pic throttle position % what should my reading be or what should my RPMS be at idle. And when doing this should I be in park neutral or drive
