98 3.8 mustang bucking

I have a bank 1 sensor 1 O2 that is bad (I have bought the part just waiting on tomorrow/Monday to put it in.) also I have a p0500 confirmed code and a p0503 in my history saying faulty speed sensor "A" on both with no possible causes.. My speedometer will float up and down or stay seated on bottom peg when car is bucking and sometimes it won't be bucking but feels held back when pressing gas pedal. Could all this be as simple as replacing my O2? Any adive is greatly appreciated!
