Exhaust leak

My 1999 v6 has a horrible exhaust leak on the passenger side of the car it is up front in the engine bay near the headers any ideas on what it is or how to fix it? thank you!

My weld broke at broke at the flange searched forever to find it finally found it when I had to do the heads

Just had the same thing on my 99,the manifold had seperrated from flange,ordered set of bbk headers and had them in 2 days,only real problem was egr tube,the nut was stripped and part no longer available,I`ve got the part number for you if needed and egr vent tubes are over #2 spark plug and not up on front.$299 at american muscle verses $500 at ford for manifold.these things appear to be prone to it..

Same here, I've got factory manifolds sitting in my garage but no time to put them on thanks to work.

My weld broke also.
Take the header off and you will c the crack.
