New Clutch Problem???

So my clutch was just replaced about 2 weeks ago. It felt really light and perfect for the first 2 days after. On the 3-4th day my pedal started getting stiffer and like a notchy feeling. It doesn't happen when I first start driving but after a couple minutes it does. Also if I shift out of gear and press the clutch it feels perfect, as well as if I'm decelerating when I push it. I don't want to take it to my mechanic unless it is there fault and they would fix it for free. Is it something I can fix myself?

I greatly appreciate your advice!
