Wheel Offset Fitment

Hey I need the opinion of someone who has had experience with buying aftermarket wheels and tires. I am looking to buy rear tires that are 275/40-18 with rims that are 18x10.5, offset: 22mm, and PCD: 5x114.3. Will these measurements and offsets work with my 2000 v6 so that the tires and wheels to be flush with the fenders?

Thank you,

Pablo Martinez
