Are your windows power or crank style? You can get your part at Rock Auto and others. Provide a picture of the part if you can.

Yea I had to replace the motor and regulator on my car (2002 Convertible). I discovered that the window glass has come loose from the channels it sits in. Ford used some sort of silicone to hold the glass in place. I was able to get the glass back into the channels but the front most one will not stay on (runs inside the front most vertical channel). I did not have any adhesive on hand, so I put everything together so I could at least raise and lower the window but it moves front to back like yours. I did in the mean time order window glass adhesive and later on this year, when close to time to park for winter, I will again tear apart the door and properly adhere the glass into the channels and then will have it fixed properly.

I know which piece you are referring to. That is not #3 on the diagram. #3 are stabilizers which adjust in and out to keep window from moving towards the outside and interior so that when fully up the glass does not bow out away from the moulding and sits properly in the weather strip. There is a youtube video that shows the proper way to adjust those. The part you are needing you may have to get from salvage yard. I would know more when you take pic of the part.

I do not think the disk is a replaceable unit. You may have to go to junk yard and find that window bracket as a whole to glue onto your glass. Or just get another whole window glass. There is an option of making one as well.
