Upgrading t5

Okay so I am swapping a t5 into my 2000 3.8 from what I hear there most one will be rated for is 300 ft lbs and I'll be above that more than likely so what should I do will the trans hold it or where can I get stronger gears and shafts?

MAC long tube headers, pypes o/r H pipe, MAC catback, SR cold air intake, Performance Automatic shift kit, blacking out
