T5 rattle and whir noises

I have an 02 5 speed transmission and recently has started making these rattling metallic noises under acceleration in lower gears I always have this little whir noise. But recently this rattling metallic noise like tick tick tick kinda has become kind of embarrassing any ideas on what it could be

I gonna hazard a guess that your pressure plate is coming apart or the clutch plate. Pieces are rattling around in the housing. Only a guess though.

Is the noise coming from the bellhousing area or the trans itself or can you not tell? I'm going to guess if it goes into every gear ok without grinding its the clutch. The good news is that a T5 removes so easy and is only 75lbs so you can even do it in your driveway. Basically drop the mid pipe, remove the shifter, unhook the wiring, remove the driveshaft (after draining), then unbolt the crossmember and 4 bellhousing bolts and out she comes.

Yea it goes into gear just fine thru all gears. Hopefully it's clutch related... Cuz i hear the tob starting to make noise like last time ichanged all that. I wasn't sure if it coulnt be driveshaft related too. Its on the ramps right now due to Lean in bank 1and 2 and noticed a crack in my right header. Again so hopefully i can figure it out. Also anyone know the best technique for swapping out bbk headers
